Amendment #16 to S3028

Expanding kennel inspection authority

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

SECTION XXXX. Section 137A of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “officer”, in line 6, the following words:- or health agent.
