Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 8 by inserting after the word “patients.”, in line 97, the following paragraph:-

 (3) Notwithstanding the foregoing, this section shall not apply to vocational veterinary science programs approved under chapter 74.

 And further moves to amend the bill in said section 8 by inserting after the word “assistants”, in lines 103, the following words:- , in alignment with the veterinary science curriculum frameworks under chapter 74.

 And further moves to amend the bill in said section 8 by inserting after the word “assistant”, in line 106, the following words:- , in alignment with the veterinary science curriculum frameworks under chapter 74.
