Amendment #23 to S3028

Veterinary Assistants

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in line 97 by inserting after the word “patients” the following:- “Notwithstanding the foregoing, this section shall not apply to vocational veterinary science programs approved under Chapter 74.” And further moves to amendment the bill in Line 103 by inserting after the words “veterinary assistants” the following:-“, in alignment with Chapter 74 veterinary science curriculum frameworks”

and in line 106 by inserting after the words “veterinary assistant, in alignment with Chapter 74 veterinary science curriculum frameworks”.
