Public Housing Policy for Pet Ownership

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 4, by striking, in lines 68 and 69, subsection (vi) and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-

“(vi) any other regulation the executive office deems necessary for the implementation of pet policies, including a policy to address excessive noise complaints and behavior by the pet that can be reasonably deemed unruly towards other tenants.”
