HIP Vendor Expansion Targets

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 338 after the word, "program" the following:-

"(viii) The department shall annually establish and publish targets for expanding the number of participating vendors in the healthy incentives program. The department shall include in its annual report a description of progress made toward meeting these targets and any operational changes implemented to support vendor expansion."
