Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in section 9 in line 174 after the word, "viticulture" the following:-

"For purposes of this section, agritourism shall include, but not be limited to, health and wellness programming and activities, including but not limited to equine therapy, therapeutic riding, animal‑assisted wellness programs, nutritional education programs, and other similar activities conducted in connection with and supportive of agricultural operations."
