Off Island Medical Transportation

Mr. Cyr moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, by inserting after item 1596-2507, the following item:-

“1596-2508 For an operating transfer to the Massachusetts Transportation Trust Fund established in section 4 of chapter 6C of the General Laws for a program to provide reimbursement to island hospitals, for the actual costs of off-island medical transportation, including the transportation of patients with behavioral health conditions.......................$2,000,000"
