Plymouth to Boston Ferry Study

Messrs. Fernandes and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2521, in line 297, by inserting after the words "across the Commonwealth" the following words "; provided further that MassDOT shall consult with stakeholders and study the feasibility of a Plymouth to Boston ferry, taking into account economic development benefits, and issue a report identifying potential locations and anticipated costs of implementation by March 1, 2027".
