Plymouth Memorial Hall Renovations

Mr. Fernandes moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- "provided, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the capital upkeep and maintenance of the monument and building erected for educational purposes on the land acquired under the authority of Chapter CXCXVI of the Acts of 1820".
