Underrepresentation of Native American Students

Messrs. Fernandes and Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- "provided, that the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education shall develop an awareness campaign to Address Underrepresentation of Native American Students:".
