Bourne Massasoit Avenue

Mr. Fernandes moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2507, by adding the following words:- "provided, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Town of Bourne for the MS4 priority outfall upgrade at Massasoit Avenue"; and by striking out the figure "1,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures:- "26,000"
