Citizenship for New Americans Program

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Kennedy, Mr. Moore, Ms Howard, Messrs. Payano, Montigny, Finegold and O'Connor, Ms. Miranda and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, by inserting after item 1599-3384 the following new item:-

"4003-0122 Citizenship for New Americans Program . . . $500,000"
