Ms. Edwards moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for NeighborHealth Corporation to support free pharmacy education and training programs for public school students in the commonwealth".
