METCO transportation

Mr. Lewis, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Miranda, Ms. Edwards and Messrs. O'Connor, Eldridge and Keenan move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to METCO, Inc. to supplement costs for student transportation and targeted wellness, social-emotional and academic support resources for the 33 METCO school districts"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$1,100,000”.
