Public and private water utilities reports

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Kennedy and Mr. Durant move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking out “quarterly reports”, in line 917,  and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “biennial reports, on or before January 1 and July 1,”.
