Gómez, Payano, Driscoll, Eldridge and Finegold and Ms. Lovely move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2D, in item 2511-0124, by striking out the figure "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$7,500,000"; and by striking out the figure "$130,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$132,500,000".
