Ms. Howard moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by inserting the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the Town of Pepperell for remediation of ground soil contamination on town property in the Town of Pepperell".
