Holbrook Sewer and Water Infrastructure

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by inserting the following words:- "; providing further, that not less than $712,500 shall be expended to the town of Holbrook for purposes including, but not limited to, design, engineering, construction, repair and maintenance of sewer and water infrastructure".
