Mr. Mark moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2A, line item 2200-7027 by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning upgrades to Amsler Campus Center & Gymnasium"; and by striking out the figure " $27,800,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- " $32,800,000”.
