MDAR Buy-Protect-Sell Authority

Ms. Lovely, Ms. Comerford, Mr. Fernandes, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Howard and Messrs. Gómez and Eldridge move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2D, in item 2511-0125, by inserting the following:- “provided further, that $10,000,000 shall be expended pursuant to section 17 of Chapter 238 of the Acts of 2024"; and by striking out the figure "$42,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$52,000,000".
