DPA Commission for Housing and Mixed Use Zoning

Ms. Edwards moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 70, in the second paragraph by adding the following sentence:- “The commission shall evaluate opportunities, constraints and best practices related to low-income community access to the waterfront, housing and mixed use zoning in and around designated port areas, workforce housing for marine industry workers, artist housing and work space, consideration of land use compatibility, community needs, coastal resilience requirements and the integration of mixed use development with active port operations.”; and

in said section 70, by inserting after the word “commission”, in line 2223, the following words:- “, the executive office of housing and livable communities”.
