Mr. Rush, Ms. Howard, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Keenan, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Collins move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2, in line item 2890-7036, by striking the figure "$176,670,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$400,000,000".
