Massachusetts Healthy Homes Program

Messrs. Keenan and Collins, Ms. Edwards, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Gómez and Payano, Ms. Howard and Messrs. Moore and Driscoll move that the proposed new draft be amended in line 524 by inserting after the word "prioritized" the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000,000 shall be expended for the operation of the Massachusetts Healthy Homes Program established in chapter 23B of the General Laws"; and by striking out the figure "$50,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$100,000,000".
