Carlisle Heat Pumps

Mr. Barrett moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $600,000 shall be expended to the town of Carlisle for the replacement of roof-top HVAC units with all electric air-source heat pumps at the Carlisle Public School complex and Carlisle Town Hall"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$700,000".
