Trees in Chelmsford Open Space Areas

Mr. Barrett moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Chelmsford for planting 50 trees within Town open space areas"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$150,000".
