The Walden Woods Project Conservation Restriction Purchase

Mr. Barrett moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $510,000 shall be expended to The Walden Woods Project, Inc. for the purchase of a conservation restriction from the town of Concord for a 35 acre municipal site bordering Walden Pond State Reservation"; and by striking the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$610,000".
