Removing the Paper Bag Tax

Messrs. Tarr and Montigny, Mrs. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking lines 855-877 in their entirety.

Moves to further amend by striking the following in lines 1134-1136 the following: (v) monies paid to the commonwealth pursuant to chapter 21P, including all funds collected by the department of revenue pursuant to section 2 of said chapter 21P”.
