Matching Federal Funding

Messrs. Tarr and Keenan move that the proposed new draft be amended in line 329, by inserting after the word "projects;" the following:- "provided further, that funds from this item may be used to match grants or other funding from the federal government, or for contribution to projects involving federal partnership;".
