Douglas State Forest Trust Fund

Mr. Fattman moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting before section 3 the following section:-

“SECTION A3. Section 35BBB of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 11, the figure “$1” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $2.”
