Clarity on Procedure and Intention

Mr. Driscoll moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 77, by striking out, in lines 2374 and 2375, the words “guidelines for priority housing projects within 6 months of the effective date of this act” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “policy guidelines for priority housing projects within 6 months of the effective date of this act and promulgate or update regulations consistent with said policy guidelines.”
