Confirming Local Priorities

Mr. Driscoll moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 77, line 2371, by striking out the word "and," and in the same section, line 2372, by adding "and (viii) confirmed as a priority by the town meeting, city council, or town council of the municipality in which the project is based."
