Mr. O'Connor moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to the city known as the town of Weymouth for costs associated with joining the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$5,100,000".
