River Source Heat Pump

Mr. DiDomenico moves that the proposed new draft be amended in line item 2000-7090, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for a river source heat pump serving a district energy system providing energy for high-density buildings across the cities of Boston and Cambridge"; and by striking out the figure “$15,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$20,000,000".
