Chicopee critical equipment repair and replacement project

Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following: “Provided further, that not less than $855,000 shall be expended to the City of Chicopee DPW for critical maintenance and emergency operations"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$51,108,149" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$51,963,149".
