Kayak Launches

Mrs. Kane of Shrewsbury moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 2000-7078 by inserting at the end thereof the following:

"; provided further, that funds may be used to construct, repair or improve kayak launches at public rivers, ponds, and lakes under the care and control of the department"
