Norwell Fish Ladder

Representatives DeCoste of Norwell and Kearney of Scituate move to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 2300-7031, by inserting after the words "road-stream crossing upgrades" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Norwell Conservation Commission for the planning, design, construction and establishment of a fish ladder at Jacobs Pond in the town of Norwell." and in said item by striking out the figures "$40,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$40,100,000".
