Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2200-7029, by inserting after “planning and design” the following words: "; provided further that not less than $400,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council, Inc. for a regional approach to reducing combined sewer overflows and non-point source pollution in the Merrimack River"
