Spruce Street Culvert Rehabilitation

Mr. DeCoste of Norwell moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 2300-7031, by inserting after the words "road-stream crossing upgrades" the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $375,000 shall be expended to the town of Rockland for culvert rehabilitation, replacement and associated drainage improvements on Spruce Street"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$40,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$40,375,000".
