Hurld Park project in the city of Woburn

Mr. Haggerty of Woburn moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for a constructed wetland, stream and floodplain restoration, and accessible trails at Hurld Park in the city of Woburn”.
