North Scituate Sewer Environmental Protection Project

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 2200-7021, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the town of Scituate for environmental monitoring, water quality protection, nutrient reduction, stormwater management and related infrastructure improvements associated with the North Scituate Sewer Project”.
