Amendment #244 to S3064

Marion Wastewater Pollution Control Facility improvement

Mr. Sylvia of Fairhaven moves to amend the bill in section 2C, item 2000-7089, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,260,000 shall be expended to the town of Marion for wastewater pollution control facility capital improvements, including, but not limited to, disk filter and UV building safety and structural upgrades, SCADA and instrumentation upgrades, replacement of original obsolete instrumentation, generator replacement, and auxiliary improvements including but not limited to concrete repair”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,360,000”.
