Botanic Garden Rainwater Harvesting Project

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 2200-7027 by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill for the development of a comprehensive water capture, storage, and reuse system”.
