Lee Housatonic River Bike Path

Miss Davis of Great Barrington moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, in line 363, by inserting after "projects" the following: "provided further, that not less than $800,000 shall be expended to the Town of Lee for final design and permitting of the Lee Housatonic River Bike Path to expand public access to the Housatonic River and support sustainable transportation, outdoor recreation, environmental stewardship, and climate resilience".
