East Somerville Urban Tree Canopy

Mr. Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 2000-7068, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for tree planting, watering, and maintenance and associated activities and improvements in the East Somerville neighborhood of the city of Somerville”.
