Freetown PFAS

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-7089, in line 363, by inserting after "projects" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $3,500,000 be expended to the Town of Freetown for infrastructure projects to provide safe drinking water, address PFAS contamination concerns, and protect public health and the environment."
