Halifax PFAS Remediation

Mr. Sweezey of Duxbury moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by adding the following words:

"provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the town of Halifax for PFAS remediation, drinking water treatment infrastructure, filtration systems, well improvements, planning, design, engineering, permitting, construction and related costs necessary to protect public drinking water supplies”.
