Merrimack River Erosion Mitigation

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 2300-7031, in line 168, by inserting after “item” the following: “provided further that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to the City of Haverhill to mitigate the erosion of the Merrimack River riverbanks.”
