Franklin Street Sewer and Storm Drain Separation and Replacement

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $2,200,000 be expended to the City of Worcester for the Franklin Street Sewer and Storm Drain infrastructure project”.
