Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 2200-7029, in line 118, by inserting after “design” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the University of Massachusetts Amherst Water and Energy Technology Center”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$120,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$121,000,000”.
