Mr. Schwartz of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 2000-7089, by inserting the following: ", provided further, not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Department of Conservation and Recreation for planting, maintenance, and preservation of trees in Hemlock Gorge Reservation in Newton, MA.
